Level Chenin Blanc

A textured, expressive Chenin Blanc that captures the character of the Western Cape region. Free-run and pressed juice are fermented naturally in old barrels without settling, alongside a skin-contact component for added complexity. No sulphur added. The result is a wine of great individuality — honeyed stone fruit, wild ferment aromatics, and a rich, lingering finish. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
