Level Shiraz

A serious, structured Shiraz from the Western Cape. Handpicked fruit, natural fermentation, and 18 months in French oak barrels produce a wine of depth and elegance. Deep ruby in colour with dark plum, black pepper, and smoked cedar on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with firm, silky tannins and a long, spiced finish. Cork closure. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
