A refreshing yet serious white blend anchored by Chenin Blanc with Viognier and Blanc Fumé. The blend shifts with each vintage to best express the season. Expect crisp citrus, stone fruit and a floral lift from the Viognier, balanced by the natural acidity of Chenin Blanc. Versatile at the table — equally at home with seafood, poultry, or soft cheeses.
